Delivery:
We deliver your order within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Order Modification or Cancellation:
You can modify or cancel your order within 4 days from the order date by contacting customer service at 01011436645, through our Facebook and Instagram pages, or via email at care@breezifi.com.
If the order is prepaid, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Product Returns:
You have the right to inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any defect or the product does not match your order, you can refuse delivery or contact us within 3 days of receipt.
If there is damage or an error with your order, you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to return the product without any defects, the customer will bear 15% of the product value plus shipping costs.

Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and in its original packaging.
Custom-made products can only be returned if there is a defect or they do not match the order.
